Accepting these terms
Opening, browsing, or running any tool on YalaTools means you accept this agreement and the Privacy Policy linked at the bottom. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
- These terms apply to free use, future paid plans, and any new tools we add later.
How you may use YalaTools
Use the tools for personal or business work as long as it is legal, ethical, and does not harm others or the service. The list below is not exhaustive but covers the main lines you should not cross.
- No illegal, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise abusive activity.
- No scraping, mass-automated requests, denial-of-service attempts, or anything that strains the platform.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempts to extract source code, models, or proprietary logic.
- No reselling YalaTools, wrapping it inside another product, or using it to build a competing tool.
- No removing, hiding, or altering copyright notices, branding, or rate-limit mechanisms.
Files you upload and what you must not upload
You keep all rights to the files and text you put into YalaTools. You only grant us a narrow permission to read, convert, or transform that content for the few seconds it takes to deliver your result. We do not train models on your files, share them with advertisers, or sell them.
- You confirm you own the files you upload or have permission from whoever does.
- When you use tools that remove a password or other lock, you confirm you are the rightful owner of the file or have explicit consent from the owner.
- Do not upload sensitive personal data such as government IDs, full payment card numbers, banking credentials, medical records, biometric data, or anything regulated by laws like GDPR Article 9, HIPAA, or PCI DSS. We are not equipped to safeguard that category of data and disclaim all responsibility for it.
- We may remove uploads or block accounts that violate these terms, infringe copyright, or appear in good-faith abuse reports.
Third-party services and links
Some tools depend on services we do not own — for example cloud hosting, a payment processor when paid plans launch, analytics, and links to outside websites. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for how they behave.
- Following an external link means you leave YalaTools and accept the destination’s rules.
- Where we rely on a provider for storage, payments, or analytics, we choose vendors with strong security practices but cannot guarantee their uptime.
- If a third-party feature breaks or changes its terms, we may need to update or remove the corresponding YalaTools feature.
Availability, limits, and changes to the service
We aim to keep YalaTools fast and reliable, but the service is offered on a best-effort basis. We may add tools, remove tools, throttle usage, or take features offline at short notice when needed.
- Free usage may be subject to daily, per-IP, or per-account limits to keep costs sustainable and prevent abuse.
- We may roll out new tools, change pricing for future paid plans, or retire features that are rarely used.
- Outages caused by power, network, hosting providers, browser bugs, or force-majeure events are outside our control.
Disclaimers and limits on our liability
YalaTools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not promise the tools will always work, that the output will be perfect, or that files will never be corrupted or lost in transit. Always keep your own copy of important files.
- We disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 for free-tier users.
- You are responsible for verifying that both input and output files are what you expect before relying on them.
Changes to these terms
We may update this agreement when the service evolves, new tools launch, or laws change. We will refresh the “last updated” date at the top of the page and, for material changes, post a notice or send an email when we have one on file. Continuing to use YalaTools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Payments, refunds, and chargebacks
YalaTools is free to use today. When paid plans launch, the terms in this section will apply. Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes will be shown clearly before you subscribe.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the price shown when you signed up, unless you cancel before the next cycle.
- Cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current period, except where consumer-protection law in your country grants a refund or cancellation right (for example, statutory cooling-off periods that exist in some jurisdictions).
- Filing a chargeback for a charge you can recognise is treated as a serious breach and may permanently disable your account.
- Payment processing will be handled by a regulated third-party processor; you will see their name on your bank statement.
Suspension and account termination
You can stop using YalaTools any time — just close the tab or, once accounts launch, delete your profile from settings. We may also pause or close accounts when needed to keep the service safe.
- We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, abuse usage limits, attempt fraud, or upload content we are legally required to remove.
- We will give reasonable notice when practical, but may act immediately when there is risk to the service, other users, or our infrastructure.
- On termination, the disclaimers, liability caps, and content restrictions in this agreement continue to apply.
Translations, contact, and governing law
YalaTools is available in English and Arabic. We do our best to keep both versions in sync, but the English text is the reference if any wording ever differs. Questions or notices about these terms can be sent to the contact email below.
- Contact for legal questions and notices: info@yalatools.com.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, and any dispute will be handled by the competent courts there.
- If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the agreement still applies.
